What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, bank transfer and American Express as well as Paypal and Affirm, our partner for a monthly financing alternative (with no hidden costs or fees). Payments are debited at the time of dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has successfully been placed.

Will my order be taxed?

Sales tax will be collected on all orders shipping to NY and may be collected on other states, depending upon their tax requirements. Taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is shipped or delivered. Taxes are added to the order total at checkout.
 
SIZE & FIT

Can rings be resized?

In some cases, yes. If a ring can be resized, that fact will be indicated in the product specifications section. Resizing of rings is free of charge. However, please note that once a ring has been resized, it cannot be returned.

Do you offer warranties with your watches?
 
For any watch valued at $1,000 or more that does not carry a manufacturer’s warranty, FASHIONSZILA LLC may, at our discretion, offer a one-year warranty to the buyer of the watch. Our warranty shall only extend to the initial buyer of the watch. The warranty will provide that the item is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of sale. The warranty covers the repair of the watch and, if repair is not feasible, replacement of the watch or a refund, as determined by FASHIONSZILA LLC in its sole and absolute discretion.
The FASHIONSZILA LLC warranty “covers the mechanics and movement of watches” and excludes monetary loss. The warranty does not cover accidents, theft, loss, mistreatment, improper use, physical abuse, wear and tear from normal use, or damage resulting from tampering with the product, water or moisture exposure, or other physical damage. Damage resulting from or that occurs due to having the item serviced or modified by a third party renders the warranty null and void. The warranty does not cover fraudulent or counterfeit items. This warranty and the remedies set forth herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties (including any original manufacturer’s warranties, which are hereby expressly disclaimed), remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. 


How do I know these products are authentic?

We have a zero tolerance policy for inauthentic products. We stand behind all the products we sell and guarantee that each product is 100 percent authentic.


How does the “Product Concierge” service work?

If you are not finding a specific item you are looking for or one that meets criteria you have in mind, simply email fashionszilallc@gmail.com with the details on the item you are looking for. We will then be in touch to let you know if that is something that we are able to source for you.
 
Do items come with original packaging?

If an item has original packaging, that fact will be indicated in the product specifications. 


What are your condition standards?

We have very high standards when it comes to quality. Our sellers inspect each item carefully and guarantee the quality of the item and its condition. Each accepted item is categorized as Unworn, Mint, Excellent, and Good Condition:

  • Unworn: A protective cover is still in place and the item has never been worn. However, it may be “shop worn,” which means it has been handled or displayed in a store.
  • Mint: The item looks brand new and is in perfect condition. Original protective wrapping may be missing, but there are no signs of wear on the item.
  • Excellent: The item is well-cared for and has seen limited use. It remains in good working condition and is mostly scratch-free and undamaged, but may show limited signs of wear.
  • Good: The item shows some wear from previous use, but remains in good working condition. It may have some scratches and minor imperfections.
 
We do not accept items that are in Poor condition.
